  • Oooh Deep Joy!!

There were times when I thought I would never get there, but today I have finished double digging the last, ah say the LAST, of my sixteen 3m x 1m raised beds - hurrah, hurrah. I'm sure I could have built a small bungalow with the stone, boulders and paving slabs I've oiked out! But WHAT a sense of satisfaction - sat here with a brew, choccie biscuit and a great big smug look on my face - Spring - Come on Down!!!!

Smugness is not big and it's not clever.

Well done you. If I'd achieved that much, I'd be feeling pretty smug too!

Well done Mogs. If I had done all that work I would be smug as well. Take a bow.
