    At the weekend I fell off the bed, and hurt my shoulder.

              Bleddy 'ell Wayne, that looks really bad - *speaks very softly with an Irish lilt - This isn't any cut this is an M&? cut!
              Looks as if you're in a hospital emergency room - that's gotta hurt Based on that, I'm hoping there isn't going to be a third

                      Just round at the local doctors surgery. Nursey rinsed it an stuck a load of ster-strips (after checking I'd not damaged nerves/tendons), then she wrapped it up and told me I need to keep it dry for 7 days (!?!?!?!).

                      Had a bit of a laugh in the office when I got back.
