    Oh Joy

    As some of you know I am in the process of potting up my garden - all of it - to move to Bedfordshire.

    I have just called my local garden centre (can I name them Mods?) to ask if they have large pots I could buy cheaply to help me in this project, as pretty ones will surely get dropped by the removal men!

    Nice man at GC said 'come along Sunday morning, I will meet you and sort you out with a collection.'

    How lovely is that

        Nice one piskie I have had loads of pots left on the plot we have just been given. If only you lived nearer.

              I agree BM - I'm waiting on the Mods saying they won't slap me if I do cos they are biggish erm, the GC I mean, not the Mods

                Well I think there has been companies mentioned on here that have been slated for bad reasons so I think this one deserves a well done award.

                      really? well done them mind you with that sort of customer service I'm not surprised they are doing well, long may it continue.

                      ...and there isn't a carrot plug plant to be seen anywhere there

                            Just a thought;

                            Did you consider going to the tip/recycle centre where that daft Snowdrop took your beloved stash of pots? They may have a bin full of 'em that you could have cheaply.

                            It's long enough ago now, that you're not likely to be buying your old ones back again - that would add insult to injury LOL
