  • Nooooooo!!! It`s that dreadful time again!

The dreadful time when seed catalogues start falling through the door and I have to go through every page ELIMINATING all those I want but haven`t space for!

I already know what I need to buy but now I must summon super-human strength to stick to it.
The proof of the growing is in the eating.
    Leave Rotten Fruit.
    Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potasium - potash.
    Autant de têtes, autant d'avis!!!!!
Il n'est si méchant pot qui ne trouve son couvercle.

Do you have an 'allotment society' Bex?

If you do, get your seeds from there, I was surprised at the discount we get.

Our pots order has to be in by end of the week, funny when we've hardly harvested this years. But so much cheaper, got my onion sets last weekend, 80p, for bag if about 60? I bought 4, so that's going to take some planting.

Our seeds are are least 30% cheaper. So that is a big saving.

I've had the DTBrown one. Bit surprised as it didn't have a plastic wrapper, just 190 pages of seeds and plants! Only surprised that it survived the postal service undamaged - well done Royal Mail
