  • New Year Resolutions - somebody had to ask!!

    Come on, out with them (Resolutions - nothing else, thank you )
    Anyone making something new and original that could inspire us?
    Or just make us laugh behind our hands and have a little scoff

    You tell us yours, VC, and we'll tell you ours.

    Actually my NYR is not to make any NYR's - same every year!

    Endless wonder.

      I don't make proper resolutions either - but I try to make myself promises
      At the moment, I've promised:-
      to sow a small pot of something every day;
      to keep the top of the table clear of clutter so that I can eat there again;
      to "employ" myself on something useful each day, instead of frittering my time away;
      Must go now - I have a "job" to do

        My New Year's resolutions are:

        1. Stop making lists.
        B. Be more consistent.
        7. Learn to count.

                  I'm going to take a photo of the garden, from approx. the same spot, every day and have a go at making a time-lapse video from it.

                              Absolutely!

                              The past few years, as one year ends and we start a new one, I've felt a sense of foreboding - oh my gawd, what next?! - but this year is different. I feel hopeful and, despite last year's difficulties, happier. All that is behind us, now move on. Upwards and onwards, as the saying goes!
