| And it kind of worked! After having a horrible battle 3 times yesterday trying to get my little boy's post-op eye drops in and ending up taking him to the nurse so she could do it I googled some other methods. That plus the bribery sweeties were successful today so my stress levels normal for a change! Basically he lies down and squeezes his eyes shut, I drop drops in the corners and then he opens eyes and they go in! Far less hassle than holding him down and forcing them open! Phew ![]() janeyo |

| When one of my boys had to have eye drops it was a battle especially if you are alone at the time, my son was only a baby and I used to lay him on the floor between my knees with his arms by his side and hold him by his head almost sitting on him sounds cruel but I didnt hurt him. I hated doing it and was glad when OH was there to help in the morning and at night. |
