Hello everyone my name is Nigel, me and 20+ other residents of Warton have started an allotment.
Private land was offered to use at a cost of £285 a year, as there was mo parish land available.
We hope to up and running in the next two weeks.
So if there is any advice you can give use it would be welcome as none of use has had an allotment before.
The Committee has been formed and we are now looking for funding to help with the cost.

    Regards Nigel

I am sure there will be plenty of advice offered, and not a little green eyed envy from me

Hi Nigel, is this warton near preston? Have you contacted the NSALG? The National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners, NSALG, Allotments, protect, promote, preserve, grow your own You need to devise a constitution, I can possibly help with that. Whereabouts are the allotments situated, near houses?

Maybe this post should be moved to allotments? then others csn help?
Dont worry about tomorrow, live for today
