I changed my job last week. Same place, different hat. I've been put in charge of the gift shop.
This week is the annual stockcheck. Told it would take 3 days and it would be good to do the stuff on the shelves whilst the college is shut.
Soooo! turned up Monday, they're refurbishing the Dining Room I have to walk through to get to the shop. 'Elf 'n Safety say I can't walk through, but it would all be open by 12.30 today.
Finally got in at 2.00 pm. I now have tomorrow to do three days work and how do you do a stockcheck when the shop is open? To add insult to injury, the principal and vice-principal came in today and started moving stock around. They said I'd agreed to improve the displays and hadn't done so. EXCUSE ME
. I couldn't get in the bl%%dy shop. They went out with fleas in their ears.
