    My GYO mag has arrived !!!

    Just thought I mention it, as it is cold and dull outside, so a nice cuppa and the mag will pass a bit of time
    Mind you I bet there will be a lot of Green Bush courgettes on offer on the seed swap soon

    Take it we get courgette seeds this month - to be honest I'm not that fussed about the freebie seeds, they're never anything unusual and they always get sent out after I've bought everything I need for the season.

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      Also within this issue we have a new editor, they kept quiet about that!

      But anyway Lucy Halsall is from Amateur Gardening and I enjoyed her 'Writings' and Humour. So good luck to her!

        Oh, I wondered where Lucy had gone to (I read A.G. too), now I know, don't think she's quite as 'organic' as most of the others who work on G.Y.O. though but she's experienced & interesting.
        Should be out in the shops soon then, will have a look in WH Smith's tomorrow.

            I noticed with delight the article by Andi Clevely this month is on hybridising and breeding your own veg varieties. I don't feel so 'strange' now - I'm in good company!

              I am off to Wales for a fortnight on Saturday so I hope to pick up the mag. on Friday and put it in my suitcase. I promise I won't peek until Saturday evening.

                Made me smile after a tiring day at work, to find my GYO mag on the mat when I got home! Going to get Drew to do a BBQ when he gets n - Im going to sit down and read my mag!
