  • My Fergy!

1948 Fergeson TEA 20 shown 'as bought'.

I have done quite a bit of work to it and will post an update piccie once I get it the way I want it.
Its fully road legal at the mo, no MOT required, free agricultural tax and £32 per year insurance!
I've got to be back before its dark though as no lights are fitted (one of my winter jobs!)

I remember as a child my parents friends had one in their huge walled garden.

You must have a big plot then Snadger?

          That's very cool - where's the stereo?

I'm sure I had a Matchbox one as a kid, but mine was more a blue colour I think?

The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

I love tractors too, there's an old British Legion club near us which is now just a pub but they have a collection of tractors in the car park & ploughs & carts on the roof!

I am absolutely not showing this to OH, he has something of a tractor obsession, though thankfully he's never (yet) considered owning one.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

                            Just for you...

You'll be interested in these, then. The blue is the Fordson Major Winch. That's me, driving it around Rudgwick this year. The red un is the recently restored MF 65. OH is a bit of a tractor obsessive. He's got a couple of grey fergies, but they don't get to the shows, really. The winch is my favourite. Real pwetty!

Forgot to say that he's got about 6 other tractors, including an E27N, a couple of Super Majors, an Allis Chalmers, a couple of David Browns plus two internationals...er, did I say 6? He forgets how many he's got, sometimes. A real problem, this one, lol!
