  • My arm is fweeeeee!!!

Had the cast removed from my arm today. It was early, but done this way due to the Christmas holidays. So, I have to wear a splint when resting and I had an emotional reunion with my arm in the shower, but it looks reassuringly normal! I feel all lost and vulnerable without the cast and have been told to behave for a couple of weeks (which will take me to 6 weeks post-break), but very happy with my now very moisturised arm.

Now, if I could just stop the rather camp flopping of my hand!!!

Has your elbow unlocked? I hated that! Well done and lots of massage to get that dead skin off plus regain feeling. Doesn't water feel good again

Wonderful feeling! I remember it all too well. Try and have some physio to get the strength back in your wrist. Its worth the effort!

Congratulations! There's not much worse than a hand/arm that smells like a foot!
