Which one least raises your blood pressure - or put another way, are you happy with your provider?
If yes, what do you like about them?
If no, what do you dislike about them?

You can tell where my time is being spent at the moment can't you and their darn 'on hold' music is making me wanna slash my wrists and I would if only I didn't need one hand to type this message

Well I'm with Virgin and I have absolutely no complaints at all... Well, maybe just one, when they text me 'important information' that has no relevance or interest for me, usually when I'm in a hospital or at work and I've forgotten to turn the darn thing off.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

I'm on contract with O2, and if I have any queries or probs then I nip into the O2 shop when it's quiet. Often they can answer any queries that I have themselves (especially as most problems stem from the fact that I am a number of years older than those who the phones were invented for ), but if not, they can get through to the right dept a deal sight easier than I can. And it's their phone bill.

Tesco pay as you go. Very cheap, but then I'm not a heavy user. I do a £10 top up about once a quarter, if that

O2 were good when I had my blackberry...

I'm not too keen on vodaphone due to their 'get out' clause being not available when I was coming to the end of my contract and then finding out there was a 3 month notice period [even though I never used the phone after the actual contract ended]....hence many months of wrangling where they couldn't actually produce any actual bills......yada yada yada.......it went on and on and on so I'm totally against Vodaphone

We all have Orange (5 of us!) and have no problem with them at all - every time we've had to ring them up, they've been reasonably quick. The only down side was trying to get the mobile bill into my name, or, the broadband bill into OH's name so we could take advantage of discounts - the 2 departments don't seem to communicate with each other very well

Completely agree! Vodafone were the absolute pits. The number of times they couldn't locate payments, etc. Didn't enjoy being with them at all!!!

Have a blackberry now, and O2 are great. Some of their plangs give you unlimited free local calls and free calls to other 02 mobiles etc. And I never use up the number of free texts I get!!!

o2 are wonderful, i'm on PAYG but even so they are fab, and the bonus, you also get super fast no hassle no download limits broadband for £7.50 a month .... and you even get an 0800 number to ring a call cantre in the UK .... i won't change now,

son is on orange but i'm not so impressed they get things wrong still haven't changed the billing, from september last year despite being told numerous times they got it wrong and their broadband is still rubbish even though they bought out freeserve which was also rubbish.

I'm on O2, have been for years - except for a brief stint with 3 back in the day. Can't complain about O2 - both LadyWayne and B-i-l recently converted and are happy they did.

Our youngest daughter had a summer job with Orange, it would be too complicated to go into all the trials and tribulations she had to deal with every day, but suffice to say even Orange staff won't use Orange and they get a discount.

We're both with T.Mobile.Neither of us has ever had a problem, but then we don't really use the phones for much.I got a £10 top up in January & still have over £5 left.
I did have to speak to them a couple of months ago about an odd problem...I kept getting texts & calls from someone saying I'd stolen her number???...been the same number for over 5 years,so don't really know where she was coming from, but anyway, the lady I spoke to was really helpful, put my mind at ease & registered my number....*was only on hold for a couple of hours!

*in real time maybe about 15 mins!

Our UK phones are T-Mobile contract (although we tend to buy secondhand replacement phones off ebay when needed) but for Spain we have prepay-type with Airtel, the Spanish branch of Vodaphone. No significant problems, but then we've never had anything to query. It is tiresome not being able to understand the instructions on how to retrieve voicemail. Instead of either sending a text about 'you have a message' or letting it arrive automatically when you go to voicemail, we get a voicemail message anout the message, and it tells you to dial 177, then 177 tells you what to do next, in Spanish. Most messages you can opt for English (well American) but that one, no way......

                          Providers that I have used:
                          Orange:
Coverage poor to middling, customer service - reasonable, Blackberry enterprise service - excellent

                          O2:
Coverage good to excellent, customer service - reasonable, Blackberry enterprise service - reasonable

                          VodaFone:
Coverage good to excellent, customer service - wots that then, Blackberry enterprise service - very very poor

                          BT:
wots that then, I have never know a company give such poor or inaccurate advice as BT

I am with Tesco payg and as a staff member I can have up tp five family members on staff tarrif. Get 10% off top up as well as club points. 10p min call charge and 5p texts. Asked about the £15 top up to get £45 especially for daughter and as the call charge would go up to 20p min and the texts to 10p she is better staying as it is. £10 month for both of us and OH whenever he needs it ( he doesnt have many friends lol ).

Been with 02 for years! Never had any real problems I get a good signel at home and when i'm out and about. If any of my friends on Orange come to my house then they might as well turn their phone off, getting a signel worth using is almost as bad as getting blood from a stone! lol
