Those bluddy weekend neighbours across the river - kids ride their motorbikes up and down my side fence. And they're twostoke bikes so twice as noisy. Don't mind people riding our boundary to get up into the bush to x country ride - but my side and back boundaries are not x country you noisy b*ggers! TG they get hungry and go home for lunch or I'd have to go out and give them some lip!

Doctors who double dose NSAIs by giving you a "bottom up dose" because that's not in your stomach but which is just as damaging.

Doctors who don't prescribe a "stomach lining" protective pill for people who have to use NSAIs.

Doctors who insist NSAIs only work if you take them three times a day.

Zazz, I know you said no chit chat but I really hope he's ok, soon.

It has an adverse effect on bone structure too. Not for long term. My surgeon had me drop it after two weeks.

Today, my husband decided to burn stuff - for security reasons.

This included an envelope, quite a bulky envelope. He didn't even look inside first. The contents were two cheques worth £2095, the international insurance cover to take our car abroad and 1000 euros.

The cheques can be replaced, although not before we go on holiday (we got the all clear from the doctor this morning) so can the international insurance certificate.

I don't want to even think about the euros.

                        Hubby is a PILLOCK!!!

I'd like to say "We-ell, it's only money!" But nowadays we're so reliant on it!

                        ((HUGS)) to you both.

I just can't believe her threw the envelope onto the fire without even looking inside. It was really quite bulky and it was labelled in red pen. I've been in tears most of the afternoon, we now have no money for our holiday.

It took me the best part of a year to get the money we were owed back from E.on. There's no way on this earth they're going to re-issue a cheque without a fight, and if they do we have ten days to bank & clear it. Fat chance. They had the last laugh after all.
