    At first I thought I was going doo-lally!

            It's totally thrown me because I tend to use 'New Posts' a lot and I keep thinking oh good, a new post when I've already read it because it was posted 50 minutes ago.

              No it is NOT just you.

              My PC clock is 20:43 and Wayne has just replied to a post I made and the Vine says he did so at 09:37PM today.
