What about last night??? In all the years I've been watching it I've never seen both chef's from the same knock out round go through, that was a really good call. I've a feeling Steve will win, I'm not over fond of Mariann....Roll on Monday.
The two chefs going through was the right decision! We liked Steve too. Find it interesting looking at the different styles of the Michelin chefs. One in the week where it was all by the senses esp touch and then one where everything is weighed down and made to the most precise of measurements - recipe followed to last gramme and millilitre.
I have told other half that while I am prepared to skin the broad beans I am not skinning the peas.
Right call last night real shock though unprecedented...
Steve is favourite, I'm afraid Marianne doesn't have what it takes but Daniel is hot on Steve's heels

This has got to be the first series we haven't watched! I got so fed up with Greg and whassisface shouting all the time, that I think the novelty has finally worn off. The other thing that annoys me is if they didn't replay so much of the 'blurb' in each of the programmes, we could see far more of what the contestants actually do.
Have to say, I'm surprised my DH hasn't been watching it, he's usually hooked, and being an ex-Chef he usually yells at the contestants telling them how wrong they are LOL!
I've called it every time and not been wrong yet -
Go on then...who is going to win???
Urmm I wonder if we can suggest we've supported 'him' ( my hint) all the way through- and maybe we should be invited as guest diners from the general public ( new category!!!)
