  • Lucky Escapes when Gardening

I was using an electic leaf sucker/ blower around our pond as I was collecting the leaves I kept thinking to myself do not fall into the pond.

Next minute lost my balance and fell into the pond backwards as I was falling my only thought was chuck the blower away the blower hit the side of the pond and there I was in the water with blower in the water in front of me the fuse luckly blew and at the time was not using a circuit breaker ( I do now ). Left the blower to dry out and changed the fuse and it still works fine.

Errrm me thinks whoever is above or looking after wants me to stay here a bit longer Thank ***.

Blimey, along the lines of "do not mention his nose"!! the more you think it the more likely you are to do it as you proved. Bet it shook you up though. My sister swears we all have a guardian angel so perhaps yours was looking out for you.!!! Better be careful though - you have now used up one life!!

Tis human nature to laugh at another person's misfortune.

              Just as well ROFL.

Get a petrol blower - better. Safer.

              Hope you dried out ok

Better by half to use a broom. Therers a lot to be said for old fashioned methods. Glad you're ok though.
