  • Losing Faith part 2

Hi everyone, thanks for all your messages of support over the past few days but it seems my bad luck continues. After Monday's bad luck with the polytunnel someone else decided on Wednesday night they liked the of the shrubs i planted to give me some protection from the elements, they pulled up and stole about 40 plants all about one metre high, well i'm hoping thats the third and final thing to happen to me and my family so we can get on with the rest of the season,I think the police have my number flash up each time i phone now, well thats all the news up to date ,surely nothing else can happen.

Acreman, there's little anybody can say except hang on in there.

And I hope that all the b******s who did this, regardless of their age and gender, contract an embarrasing personal disease which means that their bits rot and fall off - at least they wont breed any more thieving toerags!

That's just terrible news. Trouble is, if you hide out there to catch the little vermin and teach them a lesson, you are the one that'll be in the wrong. I hope things pick up for you. Chin up, we're all on your side.

So sorry to hear that, hope your luck picks up soon.

                    Hmmm...you must feel sick.

I'm sure it's not you who is being specifically targeted you know....The sh1t fairy will move on to someone else soon.

Never mind saying "what is the UK coming to"
We live in a rural part of France and a local English bar owner and his wife and an elderly French gent who came to their rescue were attacked by a group of local teenagers with a baseball bat, breaking their arms and legs, and kicked in ribs and faces
All were local lads crazed up on booze and drugs and -when the bar man refused to give them more booze -just flipped.
The villagers are all in shock now...and all the lads are still walking round waiting for a court date!
Oh for the quiet rural French life eh???

Chin and pekker up acreman - I know how it feels as we had 3 years of gypsies trashing our site , nicking veg and chooks and sh1tting amongst the beds and paths....we eventually moved sites.

Who goes to a bar with a baseball bat unless they are planning trouble anyway? Unbelievable.

I hope your luck improves they do say it comes in 3's. I should break some matches and avoid mirrors just in case.
maybe put some signs up on lamp posts saying 'missing - shrubs and where they were last seen. They might have been dumped somewhere.

As all the above have said Acreman, try and keep smiling and realise that you are better than them.
Truly hope thats the last bit of bad luck you get, you have more than had enough.

That is so dissappointing! Have you complained to the council as well as the police?

We have an 8 foot razor wired fence around our lotties but the kids still get in. I'm putting my shed up in the next week so fingers crossed it all goes ok. (Im painting it Magnolia and pink so noone will nick it!)

Sorry about your polytunnel and shrubs, Acreman - I can only say hang in there, don't let them win. All the best for the rest of the growing season, hope things go well for you from now on.
