    Land mine for cats

    The local cats have again dug up my seed bed for you know what.

    Does any one sell mini land mines !

    I guess explosive ones might not go down to well, although the way I feel at the moment an atomic version would be OK.

    Perhaps one that pops up a big dog picture on a spring might deter them.

    Anyone else pesterd by the litlle cra**ers
    Expect the worst in life and you will probably have under estimated!

      Put a net over the seed bed, then they can't get at it, problem solved!
      I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

        i have a cat and a dog that won't let any others in the garden ........ problem solved lol ........ but a net over the bed keeps my cat out too, as the veg bed is now in his favourite sleeping spot

          When my cat started making excavations in the parsnip area, I worked the soil in that corner and extended it out away from the parsnips. It's certainly done the trick. He happily digs the loose soil and does his doings there, rather than on my parsnips.
