I just caught the last 20 mins of this. I was almost in tears at the end. I do wonder just how much of an "accident" Luna's death was, the tug captain didn't seem to be very upset when he reported it. -

Exactly the same here. It was on in the back ground (OH changed channels and then went out to his shed) so didn't pay that much attention until say 20 mins before the end.
