  • Just think about it

Lying awake most of last night I pondered. My brain was posing me all sorts of inponderables and I was mentally trying to solve them. I decided to ignore it and to let it know once and for all who was the boss here. So what part of me is actually in charge

The real you is the one always posing very 'deep' questions on here Bren!
I have nights where my mind runs away with me, it's hard to switch it off sometimes, try concentrating on your breathing, counting backwards from 400 with each breath in & out, you'll soon get so bored you'll drop off!

Insomnia? Its crap isn't it. Drives me mad sometimes, and I start questioning my 'self' and wondering 'who am I?' After about 8 years of insomnia problems I still haven't got to the bottom of it. I don't think I'll ever know, as I'm never content enough in life/sleep patterns/good health for long enough to start questioning these sort of things with a clear head.

I have the same problem lately Brengirl. I really wish I could switch off the way I used to when my head hit the pillow, but sadly it doesn't
