while at the Doctors this morning I was reading a different growing veg mag, they had an story about an allotment site being made to take out insurance on there plots as the present insurance only covers paths, main path BUT not single allotments. I think it was a council owned plot but not 100% sure about that
The cost is going to be about £375 per plot!!! I couldnt believe.
I just hope this doesnt spread.
I could not afford it if my council decided to make me get insurance for my plot.
Thoughts? did u read the same story?
