    Imho

    IMHO. This should probably be in the minor rant thread I think its too important. Can we please have a moratorium on this dreadful acronym, here and on all forums. The Os expressed are are rarely H and almost never M (the poster's). Invariably they are ill considered, knee-jerk reactions with little or no evidence to support them.

    Are there any other acronyms that get up peoples nostrils?

    I propose a small game - guess the missing word based on IM?O

    I'll start. IMAO - what A word am i thinking of here.

              I don't think I've ever used it, use very few acronyms as think they prevent other people from understanding what you are saying without the aid of Google but don't get that wound up about it.

              Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

              Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                Previously long phrase: "Are you sure about that?"
