    I won a prize at a veg show!!!

    OMG

    I entered a courgette in "any other vegetable" at the Great Eccleston Agricultural Show this weekend.. absolutely on a whim... and won 2nd place!

    I have realised that I could probably have entered a lot more classes, so next year am going to try and enter lots of things!

    (And one of our dogs won 2 rosettes in the dog show too!)

        Absolutely brilliant OWG. You must be so chuffed. If I won a prize I would be insufferable. Get that certificate framed and pin it up - in the shed if need be. I think I'd have it in pride of place above the fire - til my husband got me to see sense. Congratulations and enjoy.

          well done OWG ...... i used to love the gt ecc show, all that tractor pulling and stuff haven't been up there for years ..... just realised how much i miss it

                    I laminated it today and it's on the mantlepiece!!

                    Mr OWG says I have been quite modest about it.....
