  • I think I just over did it.

With my budding business requiring lots of jars, I just bought some off ebay.

3500 of them complete with lids.
They should keep me off the streets for a week.

Now, off to Gloucester we go.

Just filled 6 this morning with a smooth spicy courgette (courgette glut time folks!) chutney - and that took me all morning. You're gonna be busy big lad!

You certainly don't do things by half You must let everyone know where and when you will be at the markets.

How much room do that many jars take up?

Think a euro pallet stacked about 5" high, the jars are 8oz which are ideal for my sweet chilli sauce.

There is room on the workshop for them, they will just need a bit of re-stacking.
