Hate it when people just chuck stuff out of their cars and or just drop things in the street. I keep a carrier bag in the car for rubbish from the kids. And if we are out its called finding a bin or putting it in a pocket til we get home.

I don't like litter bugs, but...riding a motor vehicle on the pavement is a motoring offence and very dangerous to boot. By throwing stuff at people that is common assault and a criminal offence.

And by doing so, if you pick the wrong person you could well end up in hospital, not behaviour to be recommended at all IMO.

            Ha, very enjoyable to watch!!

PTD is probably right and the punishment is worse than the crime, but you can't help thinking that these litter bugs are serial offenders.

It would be interesting to know how the rough justice of the motorbiker affected them long term - would they mend their ways or would it make them bolshy? Certainly they wouldn't be able to litter completely thoughtlessly in future.
