    I have passed!!

    For the last year i have been undetaking the National Professional Qualification for Headship or NPQH as part of the new pilot programme. It has been very hard work, coupled with ill health in my family and the closure of the school i was at so a very emotional time.
    I have found out today that all my hard work has been worth it though because i have passed, i am so happy it is about time we had some good news in our house and i didn't know whether to laugh or cry so i did both!
    When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown
