Had one, but don't use it anymore, must get it sold on ebay, thinking about it.
What did you get? It's well worth reading up on the one you have before you set it up, as it has to be put in the right place and the right way. Also some stations have idiosyncrasies that need to be sorted when setting up.

The outdoor parts need to be mounted in a place where there is NO shelter. Well that's easy enough. Where I first said... Up the mast.

Hi Matthew, Carol the Carrot has been given one of these for Christmas, you can compare notes, or maybe she needs someone to climb for her?

I got one as well, doesnt have a bit that goes into computer but has outside remote with spinny things and bit that hangs on the wall indoors with all the readings.
Its quite fascinating really

I assembled and put it up all by myself! Its on one of the supports for the chook run
