  • I feel sick

    I've just snacked on:
    Cheese Triangles (1)
    Krisprolls (1)
    Radish (50g)

    then....

    Plums (1)
    Prunes (50g)

...which all comes to 178.9 calories

I would have been better waiting for chocolate

You're right - those foods are certainly not made for pigging out - you should have waited for chocolate, or a big fat hot dog with loads of onions.

I took an alternative snack with a similar calorific content tonight, and can recommend as I did not feel sick.

1 small glass home brewed apple wine (dry)
small slice multigrain bread with philly extra light & a couple of sliced tommies.

I am so damn virtuous , I may congratulate myself with another glass or so on home brewed apple wine - or does that defeat the object & fall into the chocolate (baited) trap?

Earlier tonight I had an odd combination of a small tub of potted shrimps, some beetroot salad, a bread roll & choc./almond ice cream bar & I'm not even pregnant... you're not are you Piskie?!

Tut tut, I sure Quavers are so light though that they must have no calories in them so don't worry!
