  • How to deal with a full PM box?

    * This may be a daft question folks, so here is a potential daft question warning ****
How do other grapes cope when their PM box fills up? Mine is nearly there, and it means deleting all the lovely messages I have been getting - is there a way of keeping some, but emptying the box?
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

OK RGN - in nice short words for my rapidly declining mental faculties, how do I download and in what format? Not sure about this part and remember trying a couple of times but failing miserably.

my box is constantly about 90-97% full cos of all the saved messages over the years. It's really hard to decide which ones to delete I really must write down addresses etc elsewhere....

You can tart by deleting 'sent '-cos you usually have your post included in a reply!

Click "private messages", then click where the arrow is pointing and save to a memorable location.

                        Never filled mine up either

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
