    Namely OH
Been out in the garden for the last hour and a half, cutting more of the hedge, have laid it out in the garden for him to mow in the next couple of days, but will probably end up having to bag it up at the weekend and take it to the dump.
Got 6-8 buckets of weeds to go to the dump (can't compost because of ground elder) which are lined up along the path in the veg garden, making moving around with the hose a real difficulty (especially with my foot), they are too heavy for me to shift onto the trailer, especially after the rain yesterday, or I would do it myself.
working around a greenhouse, which we have had for a couple of months at least, but it needs built, and I haven't got a clue (whereas OH is a steel erector)
Chickens have kicked hell out of my strawbs, I have some awning poles to make a frame, but need OH to weld them together
And on top of that, there is no sign of growth in the carrots I planted in the garden 10 days ago, so either the chickens have eaten them, or they just aren't going to grow
On top of that, I let a friend have one of the veg beds as she wanted to grow veg, and I didn't have time to tackle it, due to my foot etc, she came one day to dig, and hasn't been back since, that was more than 3 weeks ago, and the weeds will soon go to seed, thus cancelling the benefits of having someone work on it.

    Sorry. Tantrum over

Carrots don't germinate for about 21 days.

OH's are frustrating buggers aren't they?

You aren't keeping your chickens in your veg patch? They'll destroy it!

as 2 sheds said, the chooks will totally destroy your veg patch!not even waiting 4 things to grow to their tasty best!if you dont want to fence the chooks in couldnt you just fence your veggies in?sorry1~on top of everything else!!but really all the other work will be wasted until you can protect your veg!

My OH never finishes anything been waiting over five years for him to finish kitchen, he never paints the windows and if I try to he moans and says I do it wrong !!!
i want a new bathroom put back where it should go but as he is an architectural tech its got to be done properly at a cost of about £5000 according to him, very old house so probably needs the floor to be strengthend. Daughter wants her bedroom redone and I want spare room done, I wont let him start anything else till he finishes other jobs. I'm in for a long wait.

The chickens aren't kept in the veg patch, but do hop over the fence whenever there is action there.
Wanted to keep the chickens free range, but can see we will have to fence them in, and clip their wings.
Got awning poles to fence my veg patches in, but need OH to weld them together and add net to them, in the hope that that will keep the chickens off them, but he moves so slowly.

However, on a plus point, he has taken the weeds away today, and mowed my hedge clippings
