  • Has anyone on here set up a hudl

My youngest son is due out of prison soon and his Christmas present from me is a Tesco hudl. He already knows and asked me to set it up ready for use tomorrow. The bl00dy machine is driving me up the wall. The keyboard takes up so much of the screen that I can't see what questions I'm trying to answer. I've now got to the stage where I'm going round in circles answering the same questions. It keeps reverting to the USA and I haven't seen a question asking for where I am. I have somewhere said I'm UK but it just chucks me back to password, credit card, phone number (which it doesn't accept because it thinks I'm in the USA).

Has anyone here got round this. I was going by the which report that it was the best android around. It's driving me up the wall and I need to sort it tonight.

There are a few videos on youtube. Are they any help? (Search Tesco hudl setup)

        Tesco Tech Support | Hudl

        Can only suggest that.

I set up my wife Hudl2. Thought it was really straight forward. I wasn't the first tablet I've set up and I'd say it was just like setting up a android phone. If your struggling to remember the questions write them down before answering.

That's the trouble, the keyboard is covering the questions so I can't read them.

If it is the "human" question then I managed by swiping down in the space to the right of it above the keyboard. You only get a brief glimpse but it should be enough. You could also try hiding the keyboard but I think that causes the question to change. Keep trying because once it is set up it is really easy to use.
You can skip whole sections of the setup if you want to.
Best advice though is Tesco support.

Could you say how, in case someone else has the same problem?
