  • handy place to dispose of poo bags

When walking back from the allotment I came across this handy hook to hang poo
    Bags on.
They been tied on tightly with a double knot to make sure they don't fall off
    And spill the contents out.

The cemetery group been working hard to clean up the place up with extra bins around
    the cemetery to stop this
The nearest bin is twenty yards away and one at every entry /exit point
Still get to odd one thrown over the wall onto my plot

<shakes head sadly> Some folks just will never get the hang of composting...they will always be crap gardeners.
There's no point reading history if you don't use the lessons it teaches.

We have plastic bags of dog poo along the road verge by us. Dog walkers carefully bag-it-up and then leave the bags there ... (the parish council have provided proper bins throughout the village to make it easy for dog walkers to drop-off any bags en route ...)

Personally I don't have a problem with dog poo in the verges / hedge rows on footpaths across fields ... the village green is a bit different.

My friends house backs onto a footpath and she's witnessed people many times picking up poop when they're being watched only to sling it into the bushes and trees when they think no ones looking

Why on earth would you walk your dog in a cemetary, let alone let it poo?

A few years ago when my OH was researching his family history I used to spend a fair bit of my maternity leave wandering around cemetaries but I always left the dog at the gate. You can pick up poo but you can't do anything if it pees on a grave and that's just disrespectful.

I quite frequently see bags of poo when I take my dog for a walk. What I don't get is why having picked it up they don't take it home or put it in a bin, its not usually that far.

Soon as the sun goes down they come out
Walking dogs and using the cemetery as a dog toilet .
