Last month I got a dopey girl from Virgin who told me I ought to back up my mobile numbers onto the computer. "oh, I said, how do I do that?"
- Oh, she said, I don't really know, I'm not very good with computers.

Unbelievable response from the call centre - was he/she still sucking on their dinner or did you interrupt their day? Outstanding - I'd kick'em into touch as well.

If its clearly wrong and the response is poor after first 'polite' attempt - quite frankly I don't care how bleeping awkward I get and I don't care how many people know it!
