  • A good nursery?

No, this time I'm not talking about Bean - the garden type nursery.

We are seemingly spoiled for choice round here when it comes to garden centres and alike. We have one about 5 minutes away that allegedly wins awards regularly (they have signs out the front which say so), but recently (the last 18 months) a new "Nursery" has opened up at the other end of the village.

I pass it every day, but only on Sunday did we pop in.

We were amazed how big it was, and the range of plants they had seemed decent enough - though quite a lot looked past their best (could this be down to the time of year?).

Very good value for what we bought - we'll definitely be going back, and it had a great "feel" about it. LadyWayne put it well, when she said "this is what we've grown, this is what we sell."

If you happen to be passing, I'd say pop in, then when you're done, pop round our's for a cuppa.

Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.
