Mmmmm, what have I missed Road Car. Is this the "Good Life" from the 80's or something else? If it's something else...I've missed it

Wasn't keen personally. I'm old enough to remember the original which was pure comedy and very enjoyable. Not sure what this one was meant to be - comedy, or practical.

I enjoyed the first but I think they spun the idea out too long and took the p*ss too much.

Why would someone try to look after chickens if they were scared of them I wonder?
Also, buying all your veg plants half grown from a nursery for a quick 'show' is defeating the object I would think.

Even though the program was carp...........I must confess I quite enjoyed it though!

We thought it was good! Didn't take itself too seriously - they were very up front about how much they were doing or not doing for themselves, but at the same time managed to give some quite useful info. 3 programmes was enough though!
