    Giant veg

    If anyone is interested country file Spring diary on at 9.15am bbc 1 today. There's something to do with giant veg growing. Don't know if it's the whole program or just 5 minutes.
    I'll be recording it, I'm not watching tv in the morning that's weird

    Yes it was Kevin fortey, I got my marrow seeds from the giant veg group! I havent seen it yet but will catch it at some point

      Maybe next week they will do a section on slug bitten, odd shaped, bolted, wilted for no reason, no roots Lumpy veg.

      Other than that I am fascinated by the giants so will have a look - Ta SP

        I watched it!
        Well that was pants! Good old country file dumbing down again and it was only a 10 minute section.
        Very disappointed. I'll stick to learning from you lot
