    Hopefully the clouds will break up for a while so we can get a look...

      Love watching these meteor showers! Hopefully, as you say, the clouds will stay away. We missed the perseids in August because of this.

            Last time, I laid in the garden on a lounger under a blanket to watch. Think it might be a bit cold for that now! Besides, my neighbours think I'm weird enough!!

                      I did just the same thing it was the perfect angle to see the whole sky. next time I'll have a hot water bottle under my blanket

                            Clear skies here at the moment. Thanks to BB's link elsewhere, I've signed up to the ISS alerts and just saw it passing overhead at exactly 6.35, as predicted. I may have seen it before but didn't know what it was.
                            Hope I have as much luck with the Geminids (Why do I want to call them Germoloids?)
