Thanks for that, it does sound good. What with a new Primeval and Robin Hood it's all go isn't it The Video recorder is sure going to be busy.

Oh dear, Lady Jana. Coming from Nottinghamshire (Robin Hoods country) I just have to say what a travesty BBC's Robin Hood is. This latest series even introduces a slim Friar Tuck. If you like the Robin Hood legend try and find the ITV series Robin of Sherwood. Much better than the BBC's offering.
It is the doom of man, that they forget.

The best ever TV version of Robin Hood was Maid Marian and her Merrie Men (Tony Robinson as the sheriff)!

I am old enough to remember the Richard Greene version (although I don't remember it at all well!)

I loved that series as well. I think this new version is a bit more tongue in cheek and they seem a lot more street wise (even wearing hoodies) where as the other series had a kind of spiritual Pagan feel to it. Loved them both.

Well I bet he didn't have a local Tescos he could depend upon,so must've grown his own!
Was jolly good last night...although a little scarey for DD!
