    On friday I started getting chest pains at about 11am, met my niece for lunch and afterwards she said lets get it checked out in Boots the chemist, he said go to you doctor, he said via phone go to A & E niece drove me and looked after my daughter I was looked at quite quickly and had an ecg blood preasure and temp taken all ok, sat in waiting area to see doctor 2 hours later he took bloods and sent me for X -Ray everything ok but he found I have a small hole between my bowel and diaphram so now I need to see my GP for futher investigation, prob put camera down.
    Anyone got any Ideas how this could have happened and anything else about it.
    Thanks Jackie

    You poor thing!
    You are a child of the universe,
    no less than the trees and the stars;
    you have a right to be here.

        Ouch! Take it gently. Have you being doing anything strenuous that might have caused the tear?

          If it was very serious you wouldn't have been allowed to leave the hospital without treatment.

          Don't worry too much, take it easy and see what the Doctors suggests when you see him.

            Hi jackie I hope your feeling better, where is the hole? in your bowel wall? if so it could have been caused by a bacteria called h.pylori, did you get any tablets at the hospital?

              That's sounds worrying, but as MOM says; if it was that bad you would have been kept in.

              No planting out or lifting for you for a while by the sounds of it; take it easy won't you?

                  Hopefully going to doc's on tuesday I want to see my own doc so might have to wait if he is on holiday or day off. Like a couple of you said if it was serious they would have kept me in or done further tests, and no they didnt give me any tablets.
                  I expect I did too much digging !!!!
