Not about friday 13th but will not wash blankets in may. I do walk under ladders, I sometimes salute magpies. etc etc.

Not really but:

I now try very hard not to kill spiders - it's supposed to be very unlucky if you do

And I now feel a bit sick when someone emails me those horrible chainemails. Ya know, send this to 20,000 people and you might find 1p down the back of the sofa but if you don't send it, you will die horribly horribly and the world will implode immediately.

I always delete them because the logical part of me knows it's just rubbish but each time I've done it (a real chainletter and 3 email versions) I've had really bad news very soon after. Terrible coincidences I know but that little caveman part of my brian keeps connecting the two events so now my heart drops and I feel a bit sick when I see them in my in-box.

I delete them too Lizzy, and the stoopid phone text ones too. I never pass 'em on, I just hit delete.

I'm not superstitious at all - never have been.

Perhaps that's why my luck is sh*te!

Oh yeah just remembered I put me knickers on inside out the other day so I changed em round hoping it would change me luck and did the lottery, I got one yes one number.

Not in the least superstitious - delete 'chainmail' e-mails, texts and throw away any paperbased ones. If anything then happens to me its purely coincidence. My partner's (thankfully) isn't superstitious either as he's now on a plane coming from Amsterdam back to Birmingham airport and has flown several times on Friday 13th.
