    Fingers crossed for some sun....

    ..between the rain drops 'cos I'm planning to go to Hyde Hall tomorrow for their first ever flower show. Haven't been to this RHS garden and must make the most of my membership as the year is flying by.
    Anyone else braving it?

    No one else went then?! Had a lovely day out and the rain drops stayed away. Bought some Lablab bean seeds,(from Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants) new one on me and a lime green heuchera and an Echinacia called Tomato Soup! There were some lovely stalls there and it wasn't too mad and busy . There was time to chat to the sellers and growers.
    Best stall was the very last one we visited from a nursey in Ashford, really unusual plants and very reasonable prices but I'm racking my brains and cannot think what they are called. It began with an M- anyone from the Ashford area? Any ideas.

      Glad you enjoyed it - and no, I didn't go. My membership has lapsed, as I never used it. The one time I did go to Hyde Hall, was very early spring, and very windy, but I was still impressed with the place - lovely garden! Oh, and lovely grub in the restaurant too - came home stuffed!!
