    finding a thread

    I have a request....it could be that I am too dense to work out...but...is there a way finding the messages that you may have commented in? I wanted to find a stream I was looking at yesterday and so far no luck....

    there is another forum that I am a member of (not gardening) and if you type your own nick, all the threads you have started or contributed to comes up..

    If you click on your own name you can find the threads you contributed to

      Top left, on the green band, there's a button 'User CP', click on that and you get a list of 'Subscribed Threads', which are ones you have recently commented in. Hope that helps

          Or click on "Search" in the menu and choose "Advanced" search.

          There you can type one, or more, words that you remember typing in your message, and put your User ID in the "User name" box.

          Various other options available to narrow the search - such as the Forum(s) that the post was in.
