  • Films you have never been able to see

Following on from favourite films, I have a couple of films I have never been able to watch all the way through.

Love animated films but put Dumbo on the TV and I fall asleep at some point in the film. I think over the years I have seen most of it but never all in one go.

Never been able to get through the toilet bowl scene in Trainspotting

    How about you?

I'm with you on Ben Hur FF. Also Spartacus, and The Greatest Story Ever Told - they made them long and wordy in them there days.

I've also never seen Brief Encounter all the way through. I never seem to catch the very beginning somehow.

Bad Taste. I t was such bad taste, it made me cringe ofr it, so I had to stop watching it. It's very rare i won't watch a film all the way to the end, no matter how bad it is.

The Godfather - tried twice and fell asleep both times, Al Pacinio is overrated IMO! I am a huge film fan too.

Titanic - Have never tried to watch it, but never ever want to see it.

Moulin Rouge. The only film I've ever chosen to watch and then turned off before the end. Iesu mawr what was Euan Mc Greggor doing? (No tv so every film is chosen if you get what I mean.)

SWMBO cannot stay awake for any of the Star Wars filme - she has only ever got about 20 mins into the first one (Episode 4), just about where we meet Luke Skywalker for the first time.

She always refers to the films as 'a hut in the desert' as that's all she can remember.

                        Bless

Agree totally EXCEPT for The Truman Show, which was a good film, thought provoking too, plus Carrey had to actually act and not just gurn!
