Oh, the weather outside is frightfull....

We used to work with a man called Derek Snow and we always used to sing Derek Snow instead of let it snow

Fairytale of New York, I've never listened to it without crying - ever.

I hate Fairy Tale of New York... It's probably my own fault - I have Radio 1 on in the background all day, every day, and they play it over & over & over & over, every flippin year
I think I prefer the proper carols to the pop variety, they all get a bit over-played!

Fairytale of New York is my all time fave (and yes it *has* to be the Kirsty version).

However, I also have a weak spot for Wham! - Last Christmas (it's not my fault! I was a teenager in the 80s ).
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

OOOh, time to load the jukeboxes up with crimbo tunes!

I love Fairytale of New York, and Merry Christmas by Slade. Also love traditional carols.

I also love Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Power of Love - not sure why it is a crimbo record though. Another good one is the Beach Boys 'Little Saint Nick'
