A slice of buttered toast loses all it's calories when it is cut in half, apparently they all fall out of the cut edges

Ooh, and there are no calories in broken biscuits either

Food off someone else's plate also has no calories for you, they belong to the other person

Someone said something along the lines of "I've never seen a calorie - I don't think they exist".

I'm inclined to go along with them.

Lol. Peanut butter licked off a knife has zero calories too accordingly to erm... me. I've also decided that if a walnut half is dipped in Belgian Chocolate (half price at Tesco), then it's still MOSTLY a healthy choice. Even nine of them.

You know with all our 'knowledge' we could start our own version of Fitday.com. Deluded.com? Staychubbythen.com?

I think a nice sponge cake fresh from my oven carries less weight than out of season strawberries. How do I work that out, well. The out of season strawbs have all those air miles on their back so thay have got to be heavier right........
