    i have loads of salad spuds ready at the same time ,

    how long do they keep once dug up and is there any tips on making them keep longer?

    In the cool and dark - a cardboard box in the garage works well for me. Check the box once a month, though, to make sure you don't have any yucky ones, which will spread the yuk if left.

      Mine are left in the ground untill I need them or untill I really have to dig them up. Then kept in a potato bag in the cellar, cool and dark.

        Same here: mark the row with a cane or something, so when the foliage dies off you can find them.
