Looking for a DIY conservatory kit/service.
Has anyone bought one that was good? Has anyone got a coloured UPVC conservatory, i.e other than white and where from if so?
Bit scary thought spending this amount of money so any advice, tips contacts would be much appreciated thank you.

About 7 years ago I bought a bespoke DIY conservatory from an outfit called Baltic Pine. Between us we came up with an individual design to suit my property. Once delivered there is a heck of a lot of work to do including a lot of painting. The materials were of good quality and I was very pleased with the end result. The building instructions were very detailed making the construction work achievable by a competent DIYer with a decent range of tools. The company were very helpful throughout the process and I would use them again. The final cost was less than half what I would have paid for a run of the mill, tailored uPVC structure built by a regular conservatory company.

The build process would be much simpler and quicker with a DIY uPVC system and I daresay less expensive - but I like wood with which of course the colour choice is infinite.

Wooden ones are more individual and also a lot more natural and sustainable ;-)

I'm buying mine from Conservatories from Conservatory Land UK - DIY Conservatories Supplier - it's actually going to be part of my new kitchen so I'm using their bespoke service.
