Apparently turmeric is really good for this.
      Exercise as well.

I think it's too late for you to need to worry about it, Bren!

I thought this one was for stress?!

Having had an extremely miss spent youth, lasting into my late 20's possibly even 30 somethings I am absolutely resigned to this fate (Dementia not owing a dog) but as I can't remember very much any way, not totally sure I will notice

Well, we all get a bit slower as we age, Bren. And occasionally the odd marble escapes and rolls away across the floor.

But as long as we keep getting up every day and doing new stuff I guess that's all you can ask. It's when interest in the new things in life dies down that the mind closes in on itself.

Bren, if Alzheimers is diagnosed, there is medication which can slow down the progression of it, so of course the sooner this can be started, the better. If you suspect someone may be showing signs, you should definitely speak to a doctor. xx
