 Darn Computers - technology !!!! I have a laptop and the kids use a desk top (oh and the hubby as well) anyway i get just home now for my fix of GYO and darn the lead into the laptop is now dodgy and has broken!!!! NO damn power to my laptop, so now i have to get it to my dad who is a complete computer whizz and i will have to use the desktop!!!!!! I love sitting with my feet up at night, surfing and now I wont be able to!!  Also i hope he can fix it, or i will be even more peed off!!!!!!!!! A very peed off SS!!

| make ya feel any better andi got in car to come home from work,(start of 1week holiday)turned the key & nowt happened!the poor thing does oft have to survive a few journeys on the red b4 getting a drink,so hopefully thats all thats wrong.he's got a lift there now as i type so fingers crossed 10 or 15 mins from now i'll hear the sounds of rover coming up the drive!....please!hope ya get ya lead sorted. |

| I know what you mean SquashySue. My laptop just HAS to be working at all times or I'm beside myself - what's that about ?????? Fortunately, my daughters partner is just a whiz with these things and can just talk me through everything on the phone. Thank you Baz - for everything.

| totally fed up now, my dad says it is the actual input thing of the lapto, not the lead, the little pin is missing, now i am highly hacked off, dont want to use the kids one with Sims on it and all the other rubbish and it has a crappy mouse.................now i may have to get a new one, thank the lord my dad has the techno to get all my pics off of it!!!!!!!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

| well the news is - its knackered and i have only had it 6 months, it was one my dad had and he sold it to me and sold my old one that broke, so he is giving me £100 back, but i still need to find the rest of a new one and have to get one as starting a degree soon and not saving my work on this thing, the desktop, as kids will delete it. At least i know my passwords etc, but i am gutted!!!!!! damn damn and damn!!! hate sitting in the study! and just spent half an hour taking kids crap off this one and updating the virus protection!! Sorry moan over!!!!!!!!!!!!
