    Daily puzzle!

    Something to think about with your coffee! Don't post your answer as it will be too easy for the rest of us but you can say if you know the answer. I'll post the answer tomorrow morning.
    A pet shop has 8 hamsters, 18 rabbits and 7 guinea pigs. How many dogs does it have?

        Hopefully it has none as pet shops shouldn't sell dogs - always get them from a registered breeder or dogs home

            Alison it is not meant to be an actual situation,more an exercise in lateral logical thought,it is actually a MENSA question (he said knowingly a mate who I played a LOT of golf with used to set a question at the first,answer & new question at the ninth & almost invariably get two drinks out of me at the nineteenth)

                  Yes, I know, that's why I put a winking smilie at the end of my post ie to indicate it was joke....... It's one of those dead easy problems that you can't do if you're looking in the wrong place but as requested I didn't want to put the real answer.

                    If a 50 litre bath fills at 12 litres per minutes and with the plug out it empties at 7 litre per minute,
                    How long does it take to fill the bath?

                          Errrr?... 10 minutes. But don't quote me on that as I've had a glass or 2 of wine.
